The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the forestry and logging activities. It was incorporated in August of 1960 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Tres Cantos, Spain. The company is involved in reforestation which requires production of seedlings in specialized nurseries; and timber production which requires natural forest or suitable areas of land that are available for a long duration. It is also involved in the operation of timber tracts for the purpose of selling standing timber. In addition, the company company gathers forest products, such as gums, barks, balsam needles, rhizomes, fibers, Spanish moss, and ginseng and truffles.
